For people who want to learn more about the
Alexander Technique and find out if it might
be for them, why not come to an informal
workshop given by two of our teachers which
outlines the basic principles? The workshop
lasts about 90 minutes and includes some
practical work in order to experience something
of what the Technique has to offer.
